1. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

2. Refund Process

  • To request a return, contact us at with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
